Measures to Prevent the Spread of a Novel Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) in INAX Museums
To prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, our museum resumed operations on July 20, 2020, taking the following measures to ensure the safety of its customers and employees. Please read the following before visiting the museum.
・Visitors who are not feeling well may be refused entry. Also, you may have to wait for the entrance when it is crowded.
・The hands-on workshop class is based on a reservation , and the number of participants and attendants is limited in order to prevent congestion.
Also, there are some workshop menus that are not held. Please check our website and make a reservation in advance.
■Measures to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus infection in our museum
・We pay close attention to the health management of our staff and manage it.
・Customer staff wear masks and/or face shields.
・At the general reception and other places where customers and staff come in contact with each other, we will work to prevent the spread of infection by installing acrylic panels and displaying signs to ensure social distance.
・In areas such as exhibition rooms that are expected to be densely or closely packed within the facility, indicators are displayed to ensure social distance.
・Disinfect inside the facility as needed, focusing on places that are often touched by hands, such as handrails and door knobs.
・We always ventilate the facility by opening windows and entrances.
■Request for visitors to the museum
・Individual visitors are requested to enter the museum from the general reception at "The Kiln Plaza ".
You will take your temperature there, so please come to the general reception first if you want to join the hands-on workshop class.
・Please refrain from entering the building if you are not feeling well, for example, if you have symptoms of a cold such as fever or cough, or if you feel tired. If your body temperature is measured and you have a fever of over 37.5 degrees, we will refuse you to enter.
・Please help us register your contact information so we can track any confirmed case of a new coronavirus infection in our museum. The stored contact information will be deleted after 60 days.
・Please disinfect your hands and fingers with alcohol when entering or leaving each facility.
・Please make sure to wear a mask.
・Please secure social distance (Distance of about 2 m) with other visitors.
・Please refrain from talking loudly in the facility.
■About group visits
・Group use and reservation are not accepted for the time being.
